| It is very important to analysis and diagnosis on the last four strides during approach,take-off and crossing bar technique of Chinese elite female High-jumpers for improving their high-jumping ability. Four female athletes were selected as our subjects. One was the second who attended the 2005"Jiang Lan Cup"of National Track-and-field competition series in Yixing and Asian Track-and-field opening competition of female high-jumping. The others were the first three who attended the 2004"Fair Play Cup"of National Track-and-field competition of the third station in Nanjing. Two JVC9800 high-speed cameras were used to take synchronism image of the last four strides during approach,take-off and crossing bar technique in 50fps and analyzed the images in the SIMI-motion video analytical system. The results were: (1) It is different in the change of vertical velocity of body's center of gravity in the last four strides during approach, each subject had their own technique character. But it is lower than the excellent player in the world. The approach angle and the approach curve was accord to the high-jumping technique. Three subjects'pace of last four strides during approach was in reason. (2) In the last two strides during approach, the switch leg's range of uphold buffer is too big, and the range of stretch is too small. the range of stretch of hip, knee and ankle was not enough, the buffer time was in reason ,but the take-off time was too long. Those factors were harmful to remain the run-up speed and take-off effect. (3) The distance of the take-off point was in order, H2 and H3 were higher than the excellent player in the world, H1 was rather low.(4) All the subjects adopted the bent-leg mode. The swing height of the swing-leg was rather low after the jump.
