| More and more events achieve the top in the world with the continuous advancing of athletic level in China. But high-jump is so wandering which was preponderant that it has declined to the worst situation, and lose the top position in Asia.Trough studying many relevant documents of the period from 1980 to 2004, learning the research development and collecting the technique indexes of elite Chinese and foreign female high-jumper, technique documents of elite Chinese female high-jumpers were gotten from shooting the game video on the spot, and the techniques were analyzed and compared in order to get the answer of technique problem of the female high-jumpers of China and the theoretic basis of the active elite female high-jumpers such as Jing xuezhu ,Jiang haiyan so as to come to the better achievement in the future games. At the same time, I want to contribute power to the progress of female high-jump in China.The techniques of the Chinese elite female high-jumpers were analyzed. The conclusions were as fellows:1.The height H1 of the elite Chinese female high-jumpers is up to 1.22-1.25m,which has advanced comparing to the height H1 1.15 of the last generation high-jumpers, but has great difference from the height H1 1.35 of the elite world high-jumpers. The main technique factors influencing the height H1 of the Chinese female high-jumpers are not enough and energetic on swing technique, and not concerted on the cooperation of the swing of the arm and leg.2.The velocity of approach of the elite Chinese female high-jumpers is up to the world class, and has advanced greatly comparing to the last generation high-jumpers, and is suitable on angle of take-off, which demonstrates the training of the velocity of approach is paid to attention, and has the obvious effect.3.There is great difference between the height H2 of the elite Chinese female high-jumpers and the elite world female high-jumpers, which is the findable potential to the elite Chinese female high-jumpers. The main direction of training are using reasonably the velocity of approach , perfecting increasingly the technique of take-off,heightening possibly the height H2 in the future.4.Compared to the change of the angle of between leg and the ground on the last two steps ,it is found that it is useful to energetic acceleration of the last step, move forward fast body focus, reach the most suitable position of take-off,finish fast take-off.5. Compared to the A group, the B group has difference on the upright velocity of take-off,the energetic acceleration of the last two steps and the velocity of swing arm and leg, whose the height H2 is less than the A group. It is the main difference between elite female high-jumpers and common female high-jumpers, these problem should be solved step by step in the future. |
