Research purposes: This paper is the sports biomechanics research methods, indoor track and field championship in the women’s high jump final seven before the analysis, reveal the characteristics of the technical action and to explore the factors that influence the performance of the, for after exercise training to provide a theoretical basis.Research object and method: This paper takes seven athletes of the back style high jump as the research object, through a lot of reading literature, understand the take-off stage of the important kinematic indicators, and design research program. Specifically for(1) Three dimensional shooting, collecting data;(2) Video software, analytical data;(3) Mathematical statistics, analysis of data;(4) Analysis and discussion, the results obtained.Research results and analysis:Seven in this study, the speed of the 1 women’s high jump athletes than the world’s outstanding players, mainly for the low level of horizontal speed, the value of the vertical velocity is small.2. The research of the takeoff leg to send hip too positive, three joints of lower limb tic extension movements are small in magnitude, and the magnitude of the swing of the swing leg hip, knee joint is smaller, and these index values are lower than the world level of excellence.3. In this experiment, the female athletes take off time is slightly longer, take off the pedal and stretch / buffer ratio is higher.4. The experiments of female athletes torso angle far less than the level of world elite athletes, the center of gravity of the take-off angle is too large, resulting in can not make full use of curving approach to bring the rotational kinetic energy.Research conclusion:1. In the seven fosbury flop high jump take-off time is short, not enough to meet the needs of the body in the take-off stage do tic extend action time requirements, the time of each stage of distribution ratio is not reasonable, the athletes can’t get good grades.2. The back style women’s high jump athletes during the take-off if body weight fluctuations larger, center of gravity cannot move smoothly, which led to the speed in horizontal direction loss larger, as the increase in vertical velocity is smaller. All of these adverse to obtain good results.3. Compared with the world elite women high jumpers, this study in seven athletes in the take-off stage posture change range of small, mainly for lower extremity joint angle change unreasonable, the change degree is not enough, resulting in body posture is not correct, thereby affecting the performance of high jump.4. High jump the stage if the body prematurely backward bar, is not conducive to the body to better view over the bar.
