The Research On Technique Analysis And Development Countermeasure On 3-People-Group And 6-people-Group Aerobic Gymnastics In China

The technique of aerobic gymnastics of our country still lags behind the advanced countries from all over the world. However, after years'of hard work, our aerobic gymnastics technical level improves quickly. Though the Group three still needs to improve in order to achieve the world's level, our Group six has piled into the world's top three. What we should learn from other countries are difficulty actions, art arrangement, action completed quality and so on. Thus, we should make every effort to improve the techniques and solve the problems of training and technique, and this is the most important facet. Therefore, I choose this as the title: The Research on Technique Analysis and Development Countermeasure on Group Three and Group Six in Aerobic Gymnastics of China. The research is based on the actions did by the athletes that have won the first prizes in Group three and Group six during the 8th Aerobic Gymnastics World Championships. The main methods which we used in this paper are literature information, expert interview, contrast analysis and kinescope statistics. We made a deep research in difficult movement, art arrangement and action accomplishment of Group three and Group six, and analyzed the factors that lead to the disparities between the champion and Chinese athletes. Based on these factors, we can make countermeasures to improve the techniques of Group three and Group six in aerobic gymnastics of China.Research results: (1) On the 8th Aerobic Gymnastics World Championships, our Group six has got the third prize, but there still remains a gap compared with the champion team. The Group three has only got the 14th prize; it remains disparities compared with the champion.
