Composition Of Group Of Aerobics Gymnastics In China:A Research Based On The New Rule(2017-2020)

Competitive aerobics gymnastics rules have a deep influence on the composition of the routine elements,especially on the gymnastics group project.By interviewing some experts and coaches of National Aerobics and analyzing competition video,this paper concerns the art composition of China's group competitive aerobics on the new rules of the international background,and also discuss the possible trend.I selected some experts and coaches of National Aerobics in order to make sure the core elements of art composition;I collected the video of the top eight teams in the thirteenth,fourteenth World Aerobics Championship to record the marks of the competition.Besides,by analyzing and comparing these excellent art composition,we can analyze the winning points of this project.Based on that,I further compare the elements of the group choreography with foreign excellent teams,after that,I found that our group choreography has some problems needed fixing,found the restrictions for our failure,and put forward the composition of our competitive group choreography under the direction of the new rules.After the comparison and statistical analysis,based on the objective analysis of the elements of the routine movement,I stress the comparison of our group and international top teams' group choreography and point out our problems as well as the trend under the guidance of new rules.The results show that:1.The most extraordinary changes of the New Schedule rules during 2017-2020 are as follows:?The change of the Routine contents style.The time is shortened from 1'30"±5"to 1'20"±5";Routine difficulty combination,it has to change from A,B,C,D four groups to three random combination;Routine difficulty elements change from 10 to 9;Lifts change from 2 to 1.?The change of difficult movements lie in the points,canceling some difficulty and allowing to use three transition,besides,there is a maximum 0.4 point to the difficulty addition.? The lifts will be measured and marked by the judge.2.The main trend of the competitive group choreography:?Choose unique music.The music should have a distinct background,the composition and demonstration should be connected with the understanding and expressing of music.?The group should pay attention to the sex match of the members.With the change of the new rules,the sex match will have influence on the final points.Because the final points of the group will be divided by 1.8(mixed group/female group)and 2.0(male group)to get the final difficulty points,which plays a key rule in the final points,thus,different sex match is important and necessary.? The lifts will be measured and marked individually,which is a very important part in the group.The new rules emphasize the lifts' training and composition,and compose it by choosing a female member(four male and one female).Because the female member can perform it with more difficulty and art,which can raise the final point.? Using transaction and the quality of it is the key to success.The three link is the trend of the choreography,because we can add 0.2 points to the final points when you have a three link,and 0.4 if two.The difficulty points are vital to group,and even 0.4 point is a huge advantage and attraction to each team.What's more,there is no five people limit on the ground difficulty,and there can be up to seven ground difficulty in a group routine.The point is much higher of ground difficulty,therefore,we should emphasize the training of the ground difficulty.3.The difference exists between China and international top teams in group choreography.? There is a huge difference in sex match,we mainly have male group,female group and matched group.? Different music,many countries choose the most distinguished music or the most popular ones around the world,which have rich feelings in them.?The music we choose is not so good because we lack for the understanding of the background and theme,and the demonstration is not so distinct.4.The main factors that affect our competitive group choreography:? The art composition of the routine.The problems lie in the choosing and using of the music,and we can't demonstrate the distinct theme with rich and deep feelings,the transaction in the routine lacks for novelty and topicality,which affects the art points.?The performance of the routine.We always ask for more difficult movements and it affects the quality of the routine in a way.The more difficult it is,the more stable and synchronized a group member should be.? In order to emphasize the synchronization and fluency of the routine,it may cause some trouble to the performance of the linking,movement pattern,and lift,which might lower the final points of the routine.
