Study On The Demand Forcasting Of Graduated Students In Management Field For Jilin Province

With the development of the scale of higher education in recent years, the pattern of higher education in China changed gradually. Because the enrollment of graduated student expands year by year, graduate student's educational problem is paid more and more close attention by people, the higher education of our country are becoming common from the elite education to popular education gradually. Most of all, the present hot topic is concerning the graduated student's demand situation in China. Although there are many models for forcesting, the ideal model does not exist, which can fit the characteristics of demand forcasting of graduated students in management field for a special distraction. So the study of this paper is of important theory and practice values.On the basis of existing literature reviews, the paper analyses the precious achievements of modern education thought school, human resources management theory and graduate education process in China and abroad and layes emphasis on the method of demand forcasting of graduated students in management field in order to support making relative human resource management policy for Jilin province.Firstly, this paper sumes up the exsiting study status and results of others and analyzes their deficiency of those human resource demand forecasting methods. In chapter three, the paper introduces some basic conditional and work for conducting forecasting involved the principles, data preparement and procedures. In addition, comparations are engaged to choose the best method for forecasting.Chapter four analyzes the basic situation about the education structure, students'amount, human resource structure and future economic development, and then exposes that it has a mount of outstanding universities and scientific research institutions which have the ability of education, but most of the higher level talents get jobs in other city except for a small proportion of them.
