From the late 1990s to the 20th century, our institutions of higher education management structure and layout of the larger adjustments, with the expansion of the scale of higher education and education demand, a shortage of funding for education in the development of our higher education "bottleneck". In the past planned economy simply rely on the formation of national financial institutions and funding of higher investment allocation mechanism has been adapted to the needs of the new situation of higher education development. Therefore research and study under the conditions of market economy, higher education in the capital market, the use of capital market financing, resolving the shortage of funds for the development of higher education has important theoretical and practical significance.It is divided into seven chapters. Chapter I is Introduction part of the research papers from major background, purpose and significance of the study, research ideas and methods, and several aspects of the dynamics of domestic and international research, raised questions.Chapter II attributes from higher education, higher education financing and capital market development in several aspects of the analysis, the use of capital market financing for higher education and provide a theoretical basis.Chapter III analyses the current status of China's higher education financing and the use of capital market financing from the realities of need.Chapter IV on the United States, India, the two countries of financing higher education, providing financing for China's higher education can learn from the experience.Chapter V analyses financing environment of China's higher education using the capital market.Chapter VI analyses using different capital market financing model of the higher education in China.Chapter VII make policy recommendations for our capital market financing of higher education.
