" Environmental protection, education is ". It is the direction of future environmental educational development and the basic position of the environmental education of middle-primary school to face the environmental education of sustainable development with role that do not be replaced. The environment of middle-primary school undertakes the significant historical mission. Paying attention to strengthen the environmental education of middle-primary school to have significant realistic meaning. Therefore, national Ministry of Education has issued the environmental educational outline of middle-primary school of special subject to solve the environmental educational problem with not strong effect. How to implement the spirit of outline , how to promote the environmental educational effective enforcement of middle-primary school to become a important program of environmental educational field.This paper is just based on the environmental education of middle-primary school of the future prerequisite that develops direction and basic position take. Middle-primary school problem have made relatively system comb with thorough review. The enforcement of the environmental education of middle-primary school is a contradictorycourse, it is a systematic project. It is hard to avoid problem with various appearance in course, but since long-term, it is environmental education workers who overlook the research of problem, and the short of cause environment education in theoretically especially in strategy. This paper attempts on the foundation of referring to international successful experience, practice and summary domestic. It is from macroscopic management and microscopic teaching select the thorough on two layers of surface discuss to promote the environmental educational enforcement strategy of middle-primary school. In order to implement for the environmental educational success of middle-primary school to make is helpful to explore.This research adopts historical document method and discussing theory to discuss the method. I research it in details like below:The first part: It is key to have elaborated the concept of the environmental education that faces sustainable development to limit and two outstanding features, discuss the course nature of the environmental education of middle-primary school preliminarily, and analyse for domestic and international research condition.The second part: From our country facing with stern environmental problem and the two environmental educational strategic position angles of middle-primary school have elaborated the historical mission of the environmental education of middle-primary school in detail.The third part: From the macroscopic historical background existent outstanding problem in the analysis environmental educational enforcement of middle-primary school, from environmental education policy develop , environmental educational management as well as environmental educational course the aspects such as enforcement have made thorough review.The 4th part: This part is the major content of this paper, according to the existent outstanding problem in enforcement. I put forward with the summary of bad plan:(1) Enhance the establishment of the boundary educational legal regulations.(2) Establish the enforcement with effective guarantee mechanism.(3) Found the correct course with flexible pattern, develop environmental education local course.(4) Explore flexible teaching way.(5) Search the teacher training mechanism that suits the education of the environment of our country.(6) Use the supplementary role that plays irregular environmental education.
