The national volleyball league matches is a main channel of cultivating and transporting talented person's for the national team. It's development directly affects the destiny of national volleyball. As the biggest and the most influential volleyball event, the national volleyball league matches has arrested people's attention at present. Building the healthy and civilized auditorium culture of the volleyball league matches not only promote the level of volleyball but also drive the development of the mass volleyball sport. It is not only the need of the development of "the harmonious sport" but also that of the spirit pursuing of the people.This article has investigated and analyzed the auditorium culture's spectator, organizer and spectator stand building of the national volleyball league matches by the methods of material collecting, interview, investigation, observation, mathematical statistics and logical analysis etc.The results are listed below. Comparing with former league matches, The proportion of male and female spectators tend to diminish. The student, the worker and the enterprise personnel are the main community of the auditorium culture. There are 91.3% people holds the degree of senior high school. The most spectators'knowledge of volleyball contest rule is weak. The main motivation of spectators to watch the match is to "appreciating high level volleyball match", "liking the volleyball sport" or "cheering for the hometown team". Most spectators are willing to tolerate and understand the wrong judgement and misjudgement. they always show comprehension about that. Half spectators lack the knowledge of the victory and defeat dialectical relations of competition. The main mode of the spectators giving vent to dissatisfied mood are "leaving the field ahead of time" or "loudly yelling". The majority spectators abandon the behavior of collective name-calling. The most spectators dare to stop or to call the police for the disharmonious phenomenon which appears on the auditorium. 80.5% spectator lack the motion which they should have though they have the stronger environmental protection consciousness.
