The homosexual phenomenon has a wide spread and a long history. Before it has influenced national power and the development of society, the public has accepted this phenomenon. As the inquiry of the national development has accrued, both religions and morals have become cruel to the homosexuality. The homosexuality has been misunderstood since then, and once has been classified as morbidity. In nowadays, what we can do to treat the homosexuality equally when basic human right has been worldly focused on. And weather to find general moral principles to solve the modern sexual problems in China by researching homosexuality in moral way. Then we can let the public understand that the importance of human-being's right and liberty as well as the relationship between the two things. This article tries to morally analyze the homosexuality phenomenon in china. Later to discuss whether the existence of it is rational and useful has been fierce some people believe that homosexuality is something that has neither physical basis nor ethics values, and that it is a malignant tumor growing in a civilized society, which should be cut off. At last, we can find the moral principles that the sexual liberty should live up to.This article has been divided into two parts:In the first part we can make through the situation of the homosexuality in both ancient and present China. The public's point of view on the homosexuality has helped us to know that their attitudes have been changed from decades. At beginning the public has ignored the homosexual phenomenon, and soon changed to ban it, and then the public made it related to law. As time passed by, more and more people have mercifully accept the homosexual phenomenon.In the second part of this article I has considered the homosexual phenomenon in a moral way.Through the writing we can find the history reasons why the society hasn't forgiven the homosexual phenomenon. Then we can get to know that which sex they choose to love is just an expression in the name of personal right by demonstrating the homosexuality's rationality in moral way. On the basis of demonstration on sexuality right and sexuality liberty, we can know the mixture of moral value in the modern society. Once to analyzed Sexual liberty's which has been seeing as the foundation of sexual right relationship with social responsibility. It's not only the duty that we must do to develop the society but also the confession of that we must be responsible to our own development. By thinking over the basic ethical principles, we can finally find the sexual limitations in sexual liberty. The sexual liberty which really respects the society responsibility is real liberty.
