With the development of market economy and economic globalization, the external environments of business, such as market environment, institutional environment, ideological environment which consist of economic, political, social, technical factors and the like, are changing more and more quickly, which makes the survival circumstance of the business is extremely complex and the problems confronted by the business is becoming more and more complicated. So we are obliged to change educational concept of MBA, build scientific and proper system of curricula and adjust all the time according to the social development. Since the objective of MBA program is to foster outstanding professionals for business and related sectors, MBA courses should on one hand follow the law of education and on the other hand conform to the demands of social economy development. The course constitution of MBA program should be tightly centralized on the education objective, suit to the characteristic of students' physical and psychology development, and reflect the requirement of modern social and economic development.This paper taking Chongqing University as an example, using theories learned in coursed makes a detailed research on constitution and contents of the MBA courses of Chongqing University, which is by comparing famous domestic and abroad university's MBA courses. Meanwhile, by interviewing and questionnaire among graduate students of MBA, enrolled students and students who will enter college soon, this paper finds out the shortcomings of current MBA courses, and based on the demand investigate for MBA talents of society and business, this paper does demand analysis of opened and unopened courses. Finally, for solving the problems in Chongqing University MBA course and on the basis of principles and aims for MBA courses, this paper gives some suggestions: first, adjusting the courses structure to keep the core courses and ensure the course practical and updated; secondly, making the courses more comprehensive and open; thirdly, coming up with a new proposed MBA course structure on the basis of comparing, analyzing and researching.
