Based on the background of internet and internet culture's rapid development and their great influence on social practice, from the angle of Philosophy, Sociology, Psychology and Physiology, the thesis utilizes the Marxist social communication theory and Habermas's communicative behavior theory to research and explore the theory and practice .The emphasis is on the social communication and dummy social communication under internet culture especially the randomness, uncertainty and personality of the spiritual communication. The thesis summarizes the essence, characteristics and mechanism of the internet culture and the social communication under the internet culture. Simultaneously the thesis analyses the double influence of the internet culture, that is the active and the inactive influence. It make it clear that the concept and thought to the modification of the social communication modal. Then the thesis puts forward the preliminary thought and measures of the internet culture with Chinese feature from the three aspects of creating logical social communication environment and internet culture; communication model with Chinese feature ; developing and regulating social communication mechanism.
