A Research For The Helping Work Of Impoverished College Students Who Is Assisted

In view of the social phenomenon that in Chinese colleges, this article begins from its historical origin, the development and the present situation of the assist students work, analysis the helping system for the poor students, and the result and the setback of the helping work.By the comparison of several developed countries' helping pattern, and the helping work reform current, the conclusion could be as follows: our country must be increases the strength, and shall suggest restores reconsider of the stipend system, must consummate the helping system which provide a loan to study mainly, must attach importance to establishment of donation arrangement, must establish the perfect individual credit system and so on the effective action.From the necessary point of view of the helping work system which be consummate optimized, this article suggests to take further strengthen dynamic system management, accurately recognizes the students which is hard up, establishes the dynamic students file, impels the cooperation of the the bank and the university to carry on smoothly, perfect the helping group and organizations, and implements the strict mechanism to surveillance the helping work.
