Research On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Loan Credit Education For Poor College Students

In 1999,our country began to pilot the national student loan policy,and by the year 2000,national student loans began to spread to colleges and universities.The implementation of this policy plays a significant role in promoting the implementation of the higher education and the fairness of higher education for the poor students of our country,and the butterfly effect it produces should not be underestimated.But this excellent policy glided in the second half year of 2003,even faced with crisis.Because the low rate of repayment of college students has always been a hot issue in our society.This paper focuses on the analysis and countermeasures of the current situation of credit education in colleges and universities with poor college students' loans,taking credit education of poor college students as breakthrough point and the main research object,and based on empirical research,questionnaire survey and academic analysis.Finally this paper put forward a new approach to the construction and improvement of credit education system for poor college students.The full text is divided into four parts.The first part is to explain the relationship between credit education and the poor college students,to clarify the connotation of honesty and credit education for student loans,and to further explain the significance of carrying out the credit education of student loans for poor students.The second part focuses on the main models and achievements of the poor college students' credit education in China.At the same time,a questionnaire and analysis are carried out on the credit education of the poor college students in Southwest Medical University.The third part is based on the study of history and reality,and analyzed the existing problems and reasons of the poor college students' credit education.The fourth part put forward the effective countermeasures and suggestions on the credit education in terms of theoretical innovation,process improvement,team building,organizational security and education.
