On The Internal Control And Related Issue Of The Logistics Of Universities In China

This paper is on the internal control and related issues of the logistics of universities in China. Starting from the relevant theories of internal control it reveals the related theoretic basis of logistical internal control. Then it proposes solution policies based on research on specific problems of logistical internal control in universities and studying the cause and impact of those problems. This paper basically achieved three objectives: first of all it understands the theoretic rationale related to the logistical internal control in universities; secondly it studies specific questions in logistical internal control in universities and obtains experiences and lessons; thirdly it analyzes those common problems in logistical internal control on universities and proposes solution policies with Chinese specific characteristics.Research ConclusionThis paper uses combined methods from standard analysis and case study, integrated analysis and comparative analysis, theoretic analysis and policy design to achieve the following conclusion:1. A strict and effective internal control system is of great significance to promote the sustained and health development of the value movement of economic activities in logistical internal control.2. There are still a lot of problems remained to be solved as soon as possible in the practice of logistic internal control practice in universities. This is mainly due to the fact that the policies of logistical internal control in universities are imperfect, the internal system is not carried out smoothly and the quality is low.3. The studies show that the internal control practice structure in universities is not perfect. There are misunderstanding and lack of effective arrangement in logistical internal control which is the main reason to cause those problems in logistical internal control in our country.4.
