Research On Internal Control Of C University Logistics

With the acceleration of China's reform and opening up,the domestic market and social system have undergone tremendous changes,and advanced education has made great progress.The ministry of education requires colleges and universities to ensure the quality of running schools while ensuring the safety of university funding.With the expansion of universities,colleges and universities logistics economic business activities have become increasingly complicated,which requires colleges and universities logistics should own groping in the changing market management way,such ability can realize the maximum benefits of logistics activities,with strain brought the impact of the market changes.In recent years,China's university logistics management model strives for innovation and makes great progress.College logistics internal control based on internal control of colleges and universities also gradually established,to business activities match the rules and regulations of the working process,so does the department rules and regulations set by the system is necessary for college logistics development in the future.At present,according to surveys,the internal control of logistics in most colleges and universities still does not have a sound normative system.There are still many loopholes in the establishment of rules and regulations,resulting in flaws in the work process.Some staff members do not follow the rules and regulations.The lack of operability of existing rules and regulations creates difficulties for logistic operations.This paper takes C logistics in colleges and universities as an example,adopts literature research method,induction method,case analysis method and other methods,combines the basic theory of internal control,and adopts a combination of theoretical and empirical approaches based on the actual business operations of C universities.It points out the problems existing in its internal control.The purpose is to improve the internal control of the logistics in C universities,ensure the smooth completion of the control objectives,and then provide a strong guarantee for scientific research and teaching work in colleges and universities.
