Research On Present Situation And Development Of Aerobics Competitive Level In Middle Schools Of JiangSu Province

The aerobics sports team in the middle school is the reserves for competitive aerobics of our country, but its train and competitive level directly influence and connect with aerobics'competitive level and its development of our country. Jiangsu province is a big province of economy and education,its aerobics competitive level in middle schools directly influences the development for aerobics competitive level in our country.This article has made the comprehensive investigation and analysis of the aerobics competitive level in middle schools of our province by using law of documents and materials,the investigation method of the questionnaire, record image analysis method,interview law etc,the purpose is through researching and analyzing to aerobics sports team's train, basic circumstance of aerobics athlete and coaches to findout the facts which influence aerobics competitive level,and put forward a related suggestion for its development.Result of study: Aerobics competitive level in middle schools of my province is belong to up in the whole country, among them aerobics competitive level is slightly high than Calisthenics; Aerobics athlete take part in a game in middle schools of my province finished not very good on difficulty actions apart form small numbers, the main facts which influence aerobics competitive level are:the basic step is not norm, the technique for body playing to move is bad,the hold to turn action is lack of the control ability of the strength feeling,body carriage is bad, but music style diversification,sound effect usage reasonable,athlete's performance dint has an exaltation,athlete's mental character is better.
