| As one of the five Aerobics Competition projects, the mixed doubles project has been a weakness for years. With the development of competitive aerobics, the level of the mixed doubles project is constantly improving. But, there are still some gaps between the world advanced level and ours. If we want to narrow the gap and catch up with and surpass the advanced countries, we must constantly improve the skill level of the mixed pairs.In this paper, we set Jiangsu Province aerobics eighteenth Games Mixed doubles top three with 2014 National Aerobics Championship Mixed doubles top three as the object of study. Using the method of literature, video data analysis, comparative analysis, and mathematical statistics law to analysis integrated difficulty of art, the completion of the three aspects of comparative, objective analysis between jiangsu province and the national mixed doubles projects of competitive aerobics athlete’s advantages and disadvantages, and put forward the corresponding suggestion, in order to further improve the level of the competitive aerobics projects in jiangsu province to provide the reference.Research results:1. Compared to the skill level of national top three projects, there are a lot of advantages and deficiencies gap in Jiangsu Province Sports Aerobics mixed doubles top three. And we need to constantly strive to improve in order to reduce and even reached the domestic first-class level.2. The art projects and completion points of Jiangsu Province Sports Aerobics mixed doubles top three are higher than the national top three. But there is still a gap in the difficulty points and the final score. The difficulty of the key points behind the larger movement difficulties is the low scores, demanding action scores less choice, and the low complete. Therefore, continuing to strengthen physical fitness and skill levels to improve the competitive ability of the mixed doubles player in Jiangsu Province is an urgent need to solve the problem.3. There are no significant difference in the complexity of the operation and diversity of action choreography between top three of Jiangsu Province Sports Aerobics mixed doubles and the national top three, but there are some gaps in the lifted form of relatively simple and scooping action difficulty.4. Mixed doubles project first three players less than the top three in conjunction with the complete set movement on aerobics sports of Jiangsu province, and the fluency of complete set of movements are not enough. After the training, we should not only strengthen the coordination between the mixed doubles players to improve tacit agreement, but also pay attention to the complete set movement arrangement, attention to detail, according to the rhythm of the music mastering action, so as to avoid the pause phenomenon in the complete performance.5. Mixed doubles project top three athletes’ difficulty completion rates of Aerobics in Jiangsu Province Athletics is low, and complete sets of action which is not consistent quantity is more. In later training, we need to precise path, make the athletes to achieve the consistency of movement requirements in conjunction with training repeatedly in.Suggestions:1. Improve the mixed doubles athletes’ competitive ability, especially the ability to accomplish difficulty.2. Strengthen the mixed doubles athletes body control, and improve the quality of finished the complete set movement.3. Strengthen cooperation of male and female athletes training to improve tacit understanding between players.4. Strengthen the complete action choreography, enhance innovation.5. Strengthen the scientific research project of mixed pairs, and improve the scientific level of mixed doubles in Jiangsu Province. |
