The teacher's knowledge framework is the signs of specialization of teacher's profession, is the key to bring the reform of new curricula into effect. This paper choose the zoological knowledge content as the researched subject , compare and analyze the request of the zoological knowledge content in teaching outline and criterion of biology curricula in middle school , analyze the characteristic of content and the form of presenting of zoological knowledge in new teaching material, investigate teachers in middle school by sample and analyze investigating data by Excel and SPSS, bring forward from angle of broad sense knowledge viewpoint that the zoological knowledge content of biological teachers in middle school should be designed from four dimensionalities and countermeasure how to perfect themselves knowledge framework of in active service teachers and students in normal school, Expatiate that education in normal school how to enhance perfect of zoological knowledge framework of biological teachers, prospect the developing characteristic of future teachers' subject knowledge framework, not only summarize research production of other people but also bring forth investigation and thought of author . There are four parts in text:First part: To define the bound of teacher's knowledge and explore the necessity to establish model of teachers' subject knowledge framework from angle of era developing and reform of new curriculaSecond part: To present main content, subject and method in this research.Third part: To dissertate in detail the results of comparing the zoological knowledge content in compulsory education outline with it in biological outline of general senior middle school, in compulsory education biological curricula criterion with it in biological curricula criterion of general senior middle school, the characteristic of zoological knowledge content and presenting in new teaching material of biology, the results of questionnaire inquiry and preliminary analyze. Fourth part: To discuss concretely based on the third part the request of new curricula content criterion to biological teachers' zoological knowledge framework. To summary experience by author own in the reform of teaching and bring forward the model of teachers' zoological knowledge framework, show teachers how to present integrated knowledge framework through a courseware and a teaching design made by author.
