Talking of professional football club, people are familiar with the five best professional league matches in Europe—Italy, Spain, Britain, Germany and France. Their effective operating systems of league matches bring considerable incomes for their nations, and football has become a pillar industry of sports. The most noteworthy of them is the Italian football league. Italy, which is known as Mecca of football sport, is one of the world's most popular football countries, and the overall level of its football club with many stars and worldwide fans is the highest in the world. Moreover, Italian football has become a huge business, which occupies the leading position in the world. They set a good example in club operation and management. On the 2006's list of World Football Club Dives, AC Milan, Juventus and the International Milan, the three Italian clubs respectively rank 3rd, 4th, and 8th.Chinese professional soccer league has experienced 12 years'development, and in the beginning years, the football market is very prosperous with considerable economic incomes. However, with the development of professional league, a number of abnormal phenomena emerged, and "Bribery" and "Heishao" have been the substitutes of Chinese football league matches. Therefore many sponsors have withdrawn, and by the second year of theChinese league match, the position of league's main sponsor had not been occupied. The national team's plan of finding its way to 2006 World Cup was also aborted. Although the seven soccer clubs leaded by Dalian Shide club launched a so-called "investors" revolution, the expected goals were not realized. It is imperative to start an effective reform in China's professional soccer league matches. The thesis, by applying the methods of documentation, comparison and analysis, deduction and induction, as well as logic analysis, makes a comparative research of the Italian and Chinese football league clubs from both the macro and micro perspectives of the clubs'operation mechanism, pointing out problems existing in Chinese football league matches and putting forward a number of corresponding measures and strategies, with the hope that this study can provide some theoretical reference to the healthy development of China's soccer clubs and promote the earlier getting back of Chinese football league clubs to a right track.
