Current Status Of Amateur Youth Soccer Clubs’ Participation In School Soccer From The Perspective Of Social Responsibility ——A Case Study Of Chengdu City

The revitalization of campus football is an important part of my country’s realization of the dream of a sports power,but it is undoubtedly difficult and slow to rely solely on schools to develop campus football.Therefore,it is necessary to rely on social forces to promote the development of campus football.However,when youth amateur football clubs participate in campus football,there are also many responsibility problems,such as false propaganda information,clear and dark prices,and the lack of responsibility.Therefore,this paper studies the current situation of clubs’ participation in campus football.This paper uses the literature method to sort out the existing domestic and foreign youth amateur football clubs and sports clubs related literature on social responsibility,and based on the social responsibility guidelines and social responsibility theory related literature,compiles the current situation of youth amateur football clubs participating in campus football.Questionnaire;using the questionnaire survey method,the pre-testers are selected to make predictions on the prepared questionnaire.After the questionnaire is verified to determine the formal questionnaire,formal data collection is carried out on the stakeholders;the interview method is used to conduct interviews with experts,club personnel,and school management cadres.Provide data for writing;use mathematical statistics method,use SPSS26.0 to screen the pre-test questionnaires,carry out item screening and dimension exploration,and use AMOS23.0 to verify the structural equation model after the formal questionnaire is collected to determine the degree of fit of the questionnaire;finally use Descriptive analysis and frequency calculation were performed on the formal questionnaire data using SPSS.This study uses the above research methods to analyze the current situation of youth amateur football clubs’ fulfillment of responsibilities and the causes of their lack of responsibility,and proposes strategies to promote youth amateur football clubs to actively fulfill their social responsibilities.Research indicates:（1）It is common for youth amateur football clubs to participate in campus football.The reasons for the cooperation between school clubs are policy support,lack of school teachers,and campus football development needs.The methods of participating in campus football include curriculum teaching,competition training,and football cultural festivals.（2）Starting from the main body of youth amateur football clubs’ cognition of responsibility,it is found that the current youth amateur football clubs have a relatively shallow cognition of social responsibility,and believe that social responsibility is public welfare,charity and moral responsibility,ignoring economic and legal responsibilities,and The focus is on economic benefits,and it is believed that the performance of responsibility is mainly about money and can only be achieved through a certain degree of materiality.In addition,some clubs believe that fulfilling social responsibilities will make it difficult for the club to survive,and there is no need to fulfill social responsibilities,and fulfilling responsibilities is sacrificing their own interests.（3）Youth amateur football clubs are optimistic about their own responsibility performance,and believe that clubs perform well,lack of awareness of legal responsibilities and economic responsibilities,and there are deficiencies in the performance of responsibilities.According to the results of the case study,the club attaches great importance to the performance of responsibilities,but does not know the content and scope of social responsibility,and has doubts about how to perform responsibilities.At present,it is more urgent to guide clubs to improve their awareness of responsibility.（4）Judging from the average scores of students,schools and parents,it is found that the scores of students are more positive,which is significantly higher than that of parents and schools.From the perspective of stakeholders,it is found that the performance of responsibilities by youth amateur football clubs to students,parents and schools is close to good;however,there are insufficient and excessive quality of football teaching services for students,parents and schools in terms of economic responsibility.The problem of lack of responsibility for publicity;in terms of legal responsibility,the club lacks in the disclosure of the overall situation of its own operation information and lack of acceptance of social supervision;in terms of moral responsibility,there is a poor match between the training content and students,and the lack of coaches and teachers’ literacy.,the contradiction between learning and training,etc.;in terms of voluntary charitable responsibility,there are few social welfare behaviors.The main causes of the problem include: the club itself has insufficient awareness of social responsibility,economic benefits are greater than social benefits,policies,regulations and systems are less binding,and the club’s own development is insufficient.In this regard,the author proposes the following strategies for promoting youth amateur football clubs to fulfill their responsibilities:（1）clarifying mission responsibilities and improving the club’s awareness of social responsibility（2）improving the internal organization and management mechanism of youth amateur football clubs（3）improving the reserve and promotion services of club teachers and talents Improve the quality（4）strengthen the continuous training of the coaches’ teacher quality（5）face up to the "public welfare" and "utility" of social responsibility（6）The government guides the formulation of relevant regulations and policies（7）Improve the public’s awareness of responsibility and launch social supervision.
