The Mongolian middle school nation education developed under the party and government paying more attention to it in Reform and Open time. However ,Because of the nation ,local and unbalance of the Mongolian fundamental education ,compared to the Han nationality middle school , there was spatial difference .The traditional pattern of Mongolian education was out of date and facing challenge.This paper analyzed the teaching present conditions of "Philosophy general knowledge" subject in Mongolia middle school ,finding out the means of advancing the teaching effect.The main body contain two parts.Firstly , the writer analyzed the importance and present conditions of "Philosophy general knowledge " in Mongolian middle school, then searching the cause of those problems .The problems were: the school, the parents, society having attached no importance to this subject, this subject has some degree difficult, etc, So the teacher should give free rein to itself in whole conception.Secondly ,From the perspective and dialectical relation of knowledge and practice ,the writer analyzed and expounded the wags of solving those questions of "Philosophy general knowledge " in Mongolian middle school. We should concerti the education thought, update the opinion, and make correct idea to the main medium of communication action in morality education of middle school . Moreover ,the teaching course and method were going to be improved inorder to attain better education effect.Thirdly, the paper drew it's conclusion. It need the whole mind of society to "Philosophy general knowledge " to improve the teaching effect in Mongolian middle school. How to achieve the target : elaborating the teacher's guiding action: optimizing the teaching course; improving the education method and pay more importance to social practice.
