An Investigation Learning Status Of Sencondary Technical School Students In Huhhote

It gives the secondary technical school and their students unprecedented challenge and pressure that the colleges and universities extend the recruits and the senior high vocational school education extend gradually.This research investigates and analyzes four secondary technical school in Huhhote and their student' present learning conditions ,using the way of inquisition questionnaire .interview ,group discussion ,individual cases research and so on.From the result we can see that at present, the secondary technical schools' education face many difficulty, such as atrophy , aging ,students shortage ,employment difficulty ,the whole quality of the students is poor .Most of the students' studying purpose is not clear and definite ,studying habit is bad ,studying positive is not high ,studying will is weak ,and most of them do not have a high satisfaction with the school.These above conditions affected the secondary technical schools' existence and development seriously and also affected the students' character development and mental health seriously..For this reason, the author give sin suggestions about secondary school construction and secondary school students' education .First set up the modern occupation education view, establish the mode of first personality then persons' ability; secondly, establish new students' view ,respect students' character ,teach according to their interests and strong points for their better development ;thirdly ,reform the course ,contents and teaching method to adapt to the modern secondary school education ;fourthly ,to train the students' ability of the independence management ;flfthly ,enhance the management for the teachers ,adapting to the development of secondary school education ;sixthly ,improve the awareness , carry out the guide work about the students' occupation positively.This research is based on reasonableness rethinking about the secondary technical school's present learning conditions, applicate, the related theories about education management that set up a soft character education system. This system has a clear and reasonable target, keep up with the times ,develop in fun scale the student's character and specialty and also teach according to their interests and strong points .
