Education philosophy of secondary vocational schools refers to the sum ofconcepts of Secondary Vocational School Presidents’ideal and pursuit ondeveloping orientation, mission and training scheme of students based onrational cognition from practice of school. It is an important topic of themanagement of vocational education and an influence factor to development ofschool in deepest thought. This thesis summarizes universal law on constructingand practicing of Education philosophy of secondary vocational schools byinvestigation and case analysis to provide a basis theory for Educationphilosophy.The thesis consists of five parts, which begins with stating significance andaim of it in the part of prologue. In addition, it also dwells on some researchmethods, relevant literature review, concept of Education philosophy ofsecondary vocational schools and relevant basic theories in this part. The secondpart Analyses the present situation of Education philosophy of secondaryvocational schools and discusses what the problems exist and reasons caused byquestionnaire and depth interview. The third part shows some factors that impacton education philosophy of secondary vocational schools and focuses toexpatiate on internal connecting link among them. The fourth part is about ananalysis of a successful case from which we can use valuable experience into theconstruction and practice of school-running Ideas. The final part of the thesiscomprehensively analyses and summarizes related countermeasures on how toconstruct and practice Education philosophy of secondary vocational schools.
