Primary Chinese Classroom Evaluation is a key link in primary Chinese classroom teaching and it really plays an important part in this process, which directly affects the complement of teaching goals, the direction of teaching activities, and the feedback of teaching information & regulation and control of the teaching process. However, traditional Evaluation Standard has some limitation. At the key point of Curriculum Reform, there is a new research topic which is worthy of our exploration and study, that is how to promote students' development and improve teachers' teaching quality according to the scientific Classroom Evaluation. Therefore, the writer had an investigation on the present situation of primary Chinese Classroom Evaluation in New Curriculum Standard and under the guidance of New Curriculum Standard the writer found the relation between teachers and students more equal & harmonious, evaluation ways more plural, evaluation contents more varied, evaluation more objective & concrete and many other pleasing changes like more praise, encouragement, etc. Meanwhile, the writer also found many problems really exist such as one-sided understanding towards no-mistake principle & blind encouragement, paying too much attention to the complement of goals but ignoring the process, different types of evaluation going their own ways but ignoring integration, the evaluation language much too simple & rigid but in a shortage of emotion, evaluation much too timely, objective, no allowances were made, and so on. In this situation, the construction towards primary Chinese Classroom Evaluation appeared very important.This paper begins with this point and combines primary school students' wisdom features and knowledge level on the basis of the investigation and analysis on the present situation of primary Chinese Classroom Evaluation in three primary schools in Jiuquan city and in the light of Principal Education Theory, Constructionism Education Theory and other corresponding theories in the part of "Evaluation Suggestions" in the book "Chinese Curriculum Standard", suggests to construct primary Chinese Classroom Evaluation system from six aspects:Constructs from evaluation theory: By giving student analysis, understanding and respecting, primary Chinese classroom teacher should focus on student centering as well as capability development, not only conceptual understanding ofnew causes, but also the alternation of form.Constructs from the appraisal manner: The appraisal must have the accuracy, the objectivity, pointed, the materiality. Only then comprehensive, objective, fair appraisal can protect the teacher the enthusiasm which reforms to the curriculum, guides the curriculum to reform correctly moves towards thoroughly.Constructs from the appraisal content: The language classroom appraisal should specially pay attention to level of effort and the development condition of students language study, must take the significance of student's development such as knowledge and the skill, the process and the method, the emotion manner and the values.Constructs from the appraisal skill: Art classroom appraisal can take to the student the humanities concern and the study happy heart. The classroom appraisal art performance is: The appraisal must appropriate, the appraisal have humorous, the appraisal to have nimble, the appraisal to have to get excited.Constructs from the appraisal result: In the new classroom, the teacher wants to be good at building joyfully, the loose study atmosphere, prompt assurance with use classroom in dynamic factor, display classroom appraisal biggest benefit.The elementary school language classroom instruction appraisal reform is must, the benefit is long-time, and the process is slow. Because the researcher own theoretical level is not high, the scientific research is insufficiently experienced, is not all thorough to many question understanding and the understanding, waits for to this question in continues to ponder.In brief, the language classroom appraisal is the language classroom instruction important constituent. The scientific appraisal system is the effective way which in the classroom instruction practice teacher and the student exchange. It achieves the curriculum goal, improves the quality of teaching the important safeguard. Through the appraisal, may cause the student to experience unceasingly in the classroom study process progresses and succeeds, knows, establishes self-confidently, promotes student's full scale development. May enable the teacher to gain the teaching feedback information, carries on reconsidering and the adjustment to own teaching behavior, and promotes the teacher to educate the teaching level the unceasing enhancement.
