Based on domestic and foreign literature of classroom teaching evaluation, this research iscentered on “The construction of the evaluation indicator system for primary classroomteaching”. From the perspective of the teachers and students’ ICT application in the wholeteaching process, it constructs the index system by Delphy and AHP method, and compiles theinstructions of the index system. Finally, the scale is put into teaching practice, and the validityand maneuverability of the index system are tested.This study consists of2first grade indexes composed by teachers and students’ behavior;7secondary indexes composed by goal-setting, situation, teaching process, preparation, listening,interaction, learning, evaluation and16third-grade indexes. All these indexes, their weights andquestionnaire are ascertained through collecting literature and observing the classroom. Theevaluation scale is determined according to the actual classroom teaching practice. With an aimto promote teachers’ information teaching level, the author pays great attention to the applicationof ICT in the whole teaching process through the combination of qualitative and quantitativemethod.The evaluation index system in this study can reflect the application of the ICT in the wholeteaching process, the study can not only provide an intuitive basis for teachers to improve theirclassroom teaching, but also a scientific teaching management for the school authority.
