The reform of the basic curriculum is a systematical project of great and profound significance, thus involving every aspect of the basic education. To train students ability of innovation and practice, this reform has highlighted the students'learning style. The new curriculum criteria conceived a new conception which insists that students are the performers of learning and that the teaching process is a cooperation between the teachers and the students. The new conception advocates the students participate actively, explore happily and practise repeatly. So it has changed the learning conception and style based on the knowledge system and formed the watershed of the traditional education and modern education. The educational resources library which based on the campus network has the following traits: resources-sharing, cooperation, alternating, simulation, virtual reality, enormous capacity of information, asynchronism of communication, distance transmission. If it is a applied to the change of the learning style, it can accelerate the transform of education. Therefore, the research on the construction and application of the educational resources library which based on the campus network for middle school education to the educational reform are of great real significance.This paper ,including four chapters,mainly talks about the model of the educational resources library theoretically as a net platform to assist the teaching and self-regulated learning. Furthermore, a refined model for construction of net resource will be explored to meet the requirements of basic education, which requires the information to be enriched, amended, updated. It also discusses how to apply the educational resources library to the class teaching and self-regulated learning, through the successful teaching cases.Chapter One mainly focus on the background and significance of the research on the educational resources library, which has gone with the basic curriculum reform for the time being. Through the analysis of the construction of the educational resources of America and Britain, we can get to know the characters and experiences of the construction and application of educational resources in advanced countries.
