With the continuous development of information and communication technology,computer network technology, one digital learning extensively at home and abroad,thus changing the traditional teaching models and learning styles, one digital learningeducation information is current research focus issues However, based on one digitaleducational resources to learn how to use is the effective use? Under the effective useof research-one digital learning environment of educational resources, not only forpractice one digital learning project plays an important role, but also has importantimplications for the development of China’s information technology education.Carried out in line with the one-teacher exchange digital learning practice andresearch, I found that there are many teachers in this regard confusion, therebydefining research topics and conducted the following studies:Firstly, the paper systematically analyzed the definition of one digital learningand digital education resources, characteristics, values and related research at homeand abroad to carry out deep into the Kunming-one digital learning project practiceand research school lectures, observation when, through interviews andquestionnaires understand the status of utilization of educational resources under onedigital learning environment status of one digital learning undertaken and, to collectclassroom case analysis, summarize experience in teaching activities, found the useof digital educational resources the existence of "the hard light, soft," teachers lackguidance and knowledge of the use of information technology into teaching and otherissues.Secondly, research on the factors of the effective use of educational resourcesunder one digital learning environment, and ultimately get the key factors affectingone digital learning effective use of educational resources, and based on therelationship between these factors to establish a preliminary form factor model.Finally, under the influence of one digital learning environment a key factor inthe effective use of research-based educational resources on the one from the builddigital learning support environment, promote school leadership attitudes, raise awareness and the ability to form and solve the effective application in the case ofteachers to problems, develop and improve students’ IT skills and literacy presentsfour specific guiding principles, strategies and recommendations with a view to bettermeet the actual situation of digital educational resources in-one digital learningenvironment under the effective use of provide reference for the design of teachingactivities, reference.
