The Research Of Orientating The Teachers' Role And Training The Students' Chemical Learning Abilities In Class Teaching

Content:From "the centre of the students' development",the value thought,the role of the teachers of the new course is the key t o the teach and the students learn.It forms big differences between the traditional teaching " the teacher is authority and teaching is the teacher to pass information singly to the students without linking up each other between the students and the teachers ". It demands the teachers from going out of the fence of the tradition role ,continue classroom teaching as the developer of the new teaching method ,the promoter of the students learning and participant . Meanwhile, because of long dealing with examination teaching in traditional middle school teaching sharp mark competion made most of the students lose their actinity and initialive of studying and the ability to study is weak and at present the ability is weaker than before . For helping the chemistry teachers decide on a policy correctly of own teaching role . train the ability to the students chemisty studying better . We have inquired into the chemistry teachers role of middle school decision on a policy and training each ability to the students studying relations , on the base of the teachers role and the studying theory of constructivism , by making a documen survery and experiment research .The thesis is based on the analyzation of junior Chemical teacher who orientated the role in class teaching . It expounded how to train the students about all kinds of their Chemical learning abilities in the way of teaching example . I combined the teaching with practice and put forward these conclusions:As for junior Chemical teachers , we must change the role and let the teachers change from "the simple teachers of knowledge","controllers of students' learning " to "organizers " , "joiners ", "helpers ", "leaders","enlighteners".etc.when the students only have the right and consciousness of volunteer regulation and control , our Chemical teaching can really promote the development of students and train the learning Chemial abilities of students.Meanwhile, I chose two graduating classes in junior middle school which I tought and rescar in order to let the people of my same profession know the relation of changing the teachers' role and training the students' chemical learning abilities .All of my research includes:the learning theory of constructivism, the theory of teachers'role , the basic content of ability concept and training students in the chemical teaching , orientating the Chemical teachers' role and researching the relation of the students different learning abilities , and analyzing the teaching precedent.
