Research On Talent Cultivation Model Of Advanced Vocational Education Of China

Higher vocational education which trains the front line needed person with advanced technology is an indispensable component of modern education, and it is very important for the industrialization and modernization of our country.By studying the disciplinarian about formation and development of HVE, this thesis analyzes and compares the talents training mode of HVE in China and other countries on the base of realizing the demand of the technical persons with the development of economy and society, and gropes for the problems in the development of HVE. Meanwhile, this paper analyzes the social demand of the person with this specialty using the method of principal component analysis scientifically. By analyzing the circumstances of various cultivation forms, the author puts forward her fundamental thoughts on establishing the talents training mode of HVE of our country, and gives some advice about the foundation of"knowledge based, ability standard, diathesis aimed"talents training mode and demonstrates this training mode deeply from the respects of training aim, curriculum mode, cooperation of industry and college, quality appraisement and so on.
