Students'attitudes to learning have an impact not only on the effects of their study but also on the shaping and development of them as individuals. It has become an important area of research to explore how to help students develop positive attitudes towards learning. However, today's relevant research is mainly concerned with such areas as significance of attitude to learning, internal structure, systems and outer impacts, while not much has been done to delve deeply into areas like the impact of the teachers' attitudes toward teaching on the students' attitudes to learning. The article attempts to probe the relation between teachers'teaching attitude and students'learning attitude as well as how to prompt students to adopt positive learning attitude through teachers'affirmative teaching attitudes. The survey, based on"The questionnaire on the teachers'attitudes to teaching"and"The Primary and Middle School Students'Self-report questionnaire compiled on students'attitudes to learning"by Tao Deqing, found out and analyzed the common level of teachers attitudes toward teaching and their students attitudes toward learning through questioning 600 students from primary and middle school, and explored the inherent relationship between them; Meanwhile, there is also a inherent research to explore the impact of different types of education attitudes on the students learning attitudes. In addition, the research explored the general rules on how the teachers positive attitudes toward teaching changed and shaped the students attitudes toward learning by the individual tracing guidance. The result shows:(1) Generally, it is likely that the development level of the tested students attitudes toward learning is low, developing in the negative trend. The main reason lies on that the tendency of students learning attitudes does not have a high level, as well as their declining tendencies of emotion and behaviors, especially the decline of the middle and lower classes of students. This shows great endogenous. (2) The outstanding students, their learning attitudes are generally average higher, keeping higher and higher with the grades rising. On the contrary, fall behind, their attitudes toward learning are average low and have declined with the increasing grades.; Medium achievement students , their attitudes towards learning are generally in the middle-level state, dropping with the increasing grades, even split up. (3) The tested teachers'attitudes toward teaching is the same as the students'. The main reason is not concerned with how much knowledge the teachers have, but the further substantive problems, such as the interpersonal skills, the ways of teaching of, the personalities and teachers ethics. (4)There are significant positive correlation between teachers'learning attitudes and students'learning attitudes, which falling with the grades rising. This shows that teachers learning attitudes have a major impact on students learning attitudes, while the impact is declining with the growth of students. There are many reasons for this decline. It seems that the overall level of teachers education attitudes is the root cause if the negative growth. (5) There is an inherent correspondence in characteristics between the types of the teaching attitudes and the learning attitudes. Teachers should be aware to change students negative attitudes toward learning in the respectful, democratic, and pass ional manners with the favorable education attitudes toward them as to improve the levels of their attitudes toward learning. The research results suggest that"shaping positive attitudes to learning"should be treated as one of the specific goals for the'New Courses Reform'at primary and middle schools. Above all , the goal should actually be put into effect and great emphasis be laid on positive attitudes shaping in education. In addition, further exploration should be made to discover a mechanism which helps to shape positive attitudes for students.
