A Study Of Poor University Students' Current Situation And Help & Self-help

With the development of higher education reform and tuition system, the poor university students appear. Nowadays, according to national relevant statistics, the amount of poor university students has accounted for about 20% of the total amount of university students. Materialist shortage is bringing about a set of questions such as the study , psychology , interpersonal and employment, China government and universities put forward the fee loan system, and offer"scholarship, temporary job, financial assistance, fee exemption"to the poor university students, which can basically solve their financial difficulties in order to finish the study, however, through questionnaire and interview. Compared with the non-poor university students, the poor university students stay obviously weak in study, psychology, interpersonal and employment and so on. The article examines the phenomenon and finds the role of society, university, family and poor student in it. Under the guidance of such relevant theories as education fair, society's interaction, harmonious society, the article combines some resources to form a joint effort of"help"and"self-help"to solve the problem, and to explore and find out a long mechanism to help the poor university students.Introduction: I sort out and summarize the domestic researches about the poor university students and find, at present, the researches mainly focus on how to help them from economy and carry on psychological health education from the psychological aspect and other relevant problems, but there are few researches on how to raise quality, expand ability, design career, etc. On the basis of the existing academic research results, I adopt the method that the theoretical research combines with actual examples to try to examine the contemporary poor university student's development. Firstly, I define the concepts such as poverty, poor students, education fair, society's interaction, harmonious society, etc. And then in order to make clear the purpose and main theme, from the very beginning, the article touches briefly on the essentials, the thinking and focal point of research, and approximately introduces clue and key to the research.This article contains four parts besides the introduction and the conclusion.Part One: Guangxi belongs to the low developed area in western China, which has stronger representativeness to study poor university student's problem.
