Research On The Higher Education Justice In The Vision Of The Harmonious Society

Higher education fair is an extension of education justice in the field of higher education, which is an important content of society justice and is a major force of promoting the continuous development of a socialist harmonious society .Since reform and opening, our country has entered the popular stage of higher education, which can provide more opportunities of higher education for more people. However, equity issues of higher education have not been effectively resolved, with many unfair problems existing, which directly affect the construction of a harmonious society. Based on this, this paper will try to study higher education equity from the perspective of a harmonious society. The paper contains five chapters in total. First of all, according to the materials possessed at present, domestic and international research conducted on higher education fair are described in detail, giving the definitions of a harmonious society, fair, education fair and higher education fair; Secondly , pointing out the existing problems in China's higher education, which are unfair of obtaining higher education opportunities, unfair of getting access to education resources in the process of higher education, and unfair of employment opportunities for college graduates; Thirdly, by analyzing the problems of higher education fair, we find that the reasons are due to inadequate investment and total investment imbalances on the main education spending, inter-regional and inter-university inequality of receiving the higher education resources, the imperfections of the enrollment, charges and employment systems of the education system; Finally, according to the problems and reasons, proposing corresponding countermeasures, we should increase education funding, optimize the allocation of higher education resources, reform the education system in order to achieve higher education equity and promote the construction of a harmonious society.
