A Study Of The Departure Between Equality And Efficiency In Charging System For Higher Education

In recent years, the charging system in higher education has been the hot spot given great concern in the domains of social life and education. Along with the heightening of the charging standard of higher education in the past few years, more and more people have intuitively perceived that the children of the low-income family couldn't afford to be college students, which cause the suspicion of the equality of the charging system in higher education and the controversy on excessively-emphasized efficiency with the lack of dispassion. Therefore, the thesis attaches much emphasis on the departure between equity and efficiency after the reformation of the charging system of higher education. Based on the relationship between equality and efficiency, the dissertation hackles the evolvement of the charging system in higher education, describes the history and status quo of the departure between equality and efficiency, then analyzes rationally the departure between equity and efficiency, and finally offers some suggestions on the solution to the departure between the two aspects. The thesis is divided into four parts.Part One mainly involves defining basic conceptions in this thesis. The definitions of the conceptions of charging, charging system, equality and efficiency, the departure of equality and efficiency are described in details.Part Two principally addresses the disparity of equality and efficiency in the evolvement of the charging system of higher education. Through the hacking on the evolvement of the charging system of higher education, the history and status quo of the departure between equality and efficiency can be made clear and the charging system in higher education is more benefit with the harmonious and united development than free system.Part Three concerns mostly the rational analysis on the departure between equity and efficiency of charging system of higher education.
