For a long time, for many different reasons, teachers in theProfessional and Technical High School emphasize reading and writing inChinese teaching, but they did not pay enough attention to the uses oforals communication. In the present society, "fifteen per cent of one's success comes from his professional abilities and the other eighty-five percent comes from his social relationship and his skills in getalong with others." just like Dale. Carnegie says. Oral communicationplays an important role on personal communication and on the skills inhow to get along well with others. This passage begins with the conceptsof personal communication, communicational abilities and one'sabilities in personal communication, consults the former scholars'studies and analysis the present of Chinese oral communicationalteaching in a countryside Professional and Technical High School in China.In this passage, I emphasize, we must have a goal and try to achieve it.In this article, I put forward some of my personal suggestions on theteachers' teaching thoughts, the teachers' studies to relativetheories, the building of text books, the teaching methods, the systemsof judging the teaching effects, time guarantee in oral communicationalteaching and how to absorb the relative foreign achievements and how touse them for reference according to the present exist problems in Chineseoral communicational teaching in a Countryside Professional andTechnical High School.
