How to develop the bases of young people is important for harmonious society and sustainable development and for 53000 young people of China to grow healthily. With reform of political and economic system and improvement of market system, most of departments will enter markets and take part in competition. Although bases of young people which are educational centers outside of schools are one part of departments, there are a lot of problems in capital, human resources, fields, etc. The bases are short of developing power, capital, fields, facilities and human resources. They don't develop evenly. These problems affect young people's healthy growth, steady society, peace life of people, good culture and harmonious development of material and ethical progress. The bases should improve energy and developing power according to rules of market economy. Marketetization of the bases will resolve the following questions: how to cater for market requirement, how to survive in market economy and how to develop based on market economy. In the paper it's analyzed of the problems of young people's bases according to the knowledge of Business Administration and relative experience. The prospect of the bases is described. Marketing of young people's bases is argued in detail. Social benefit of the bases is the most important. Economic benefit is good supplement of social benefit. The bases can be developed continually when the two kinds of benefits come true. Dezhou Young People's Base is a successful example. It has a capital of more than 100 million now. Evaluating system of young people's bases is brought out innovatively, and it's broken that the bases relied on investment from governments. A synthetic academic system about development of young people's bases is set up. This paper provides a new method for research on environment of young people's growth. It's much more scientific. It will help other young people's bases and other departments enter markets more quickly and successfully.
