Nowadays the creative talents are the most competing talents in the information society, and the main character of them is that they have high creative ability. Taking form of the creative personality is the symbol of taking form of the creative ability, and it is impetus factor. According to the comparison in the world, the creative personality of our Chinese junior students is quite poor. In view of this situation, I research if Biology inquiring teaching in the junior middle school will cultivate the creative personality of the students. The inquiring teaching is used the most widely in recent years. It conquers the disadvantages of the traditional teaching, and it is a kind of developing teaching and subjective teaching. Mostly it uses questionnaire teaching, and it is a kind of trends teaching. In the year of teaching practice and study, I do the inquiring teaching in the experimental class, but I do the general teaching in the compared class. After that I test two classes with Williams' creative personality, and also I test them with the outstanding differences. I find the total score of the experimental class, its average score, the scores of adventure, curiosity, imagination, challenge and their average are more than those of the compared class. And the differences are outstanding. It shows that Biology inquiring teaching can cultivate and improve students' creative personality.It can offer students impetus factor to improve their creative ability, and it can lay the foundation of their personality.
