A Research On Test Anxiety And Coping Style Of The Students Of Senior 3

This research explored features & their relation of test anxiety and coping style of the students of senior 3 and then put forward 6 proposals for relieving test anxiety or raising coping style's efficiency based on the research's results & education experience .It tries to seek the guidance of the students' mental health. Questionnaires were class administered to 451 students . Differences were found in test anxiety or coping style in different students .In general, the coping styles of the students were positive, and the most frequently used coping styles were problem-solving style as well as help-seeking style.
