On Deng Xiaoping's Thought Of Talents And Its Development And Creativity

Talents are a highly focused problem by CCP (Chinese Communist Party) and our country. Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of CCP, Deng Xiaoping highly emphasized the talents'important, focuses on overcoming and correcting the bias and mistakes to the talents, gradually penetrated into the exploration and recognition of talents policy which was suitable to socialism construction rule under China's actual conditions. Deng Xiaoping achieved a scientifical thought on talents combing Marxism's thought of talents with Chinese revolution, construction, reform and opening practice, which is based on the clear understanding of time theme, home and abroad actual situations. After that, the third and the following leading group of CCP continue Deng's talents theory, develop and create his thought of talents based on the new situation of our country's talents work, which strengthens the sense of times, pertinency and effectiveness. It is significant to penetrate into the study of Deng's thought of talents and its creativity for the construction of our country's talents team and the implementation of the Talent Strategy of Strengthening the Country, which provides a theoretical guide for the present talent work.The thesis contains six parts.
