Comparing Studies On Deng Xiaoping And Jiang Zemin's Talent Thoughts

Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin's thoughts on talent are the guiding principles for establishing personnel policy, developing manpower resources, implementing human resources strategy and enhancing national competitiveness of our country. They are also powerful theoretical foundation for implementing human resources strategy.Researching Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin's thoughts on talent contributes to deepen understanding of the manpower resources strategy and implementing manpower resources strategy of our country.By using comparing research methods, this paper researches Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin's talented-people thoughts through classifying their writings, speeches, interviews. Their personnel thoughts includes eight aspects---- talent value, talent standards, personnel environment, the development of personnel training, selection and use of personnel, personnel management, and the growth of talent. Basing on the researches of Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin's thoughts on talent, this paper summarizes sameness and difference of their personnel thoughts, and compares the thinking methods on personnel used by Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin.
