Research On The Enterprise Education In Of China's Colleges And Universities

With the enlargement of recruitment of colleges and universities since 1999, higher education has been gradually heading for a popularized stage in our country. While it comes to an extrusive problem that a large potion of university graduates can hardly find feat jobs, which relates to the rigorous employment situation of the whole society, as well as the great gap between (instructive principle, management system, fostering mode of) higher education and the needs of outside world, especially the needs of social economic development in our country. For competition is the principal characteristic of market economy, it demands a large number of initiating individuals and groups to make an initiating and competitive Chinese nation. With this request, it will be a new trend to develop enterprise education based on the scientific knowledge actively in higher education.The name of this paper is "A research on the enterprise education in China's colleges and universities". Based on the researches have been done on the same subject, this paper tries to investigate the problems in the implementing process of enterprise education in our higher education, and to explore the improving ways.Bearing this thought, this paper consists of seven chapters: Chapter one is the introduction part, which illustrates the necessity of the research on enterprise education by exploring its theoretic and practice meaning; Chapter two presents the theoretic foundations for the research, including its background, concerned notions, its constituents and meanings, etc.; Chapter three is the general introduction of enterprise education carried out in colleges and universities of United States and their experiences of last fifty years, which give us valuable references; Chapter four is the introduction and analyses of enterprise education implemented in our colleges and universities. Through the total description and the inquiry of 300 undergraduates from different majors of three different universities, this chapter analyzes the demands of enterprise education from students in colleges and universities, while finds out the calling for enterprise education from the need of development of colleges and universities, finally analyzes the recent situation of enterprise education in colleges and universities of our country by compared with that in United States; Chapter five is the exploration of the problems of enterprise education in colleges and universities of our country. Through the comparison between that of United States and China, and the analyze of the enterprise education in recent China, this chapter lists the shortcomings of enterprise education in our colleges and universities and find out the causes from the fields of culture, economy, and education; Chapter six presents the proposals to develop the enterprise education in our colleges and universities, which mainly through the establishment of implementation principles, targets, methods, and strategies; Chapter seven is the vision of the enterprise education in our colleges and universities that the enterprise education system combined with universities, government and society will be established, the mode of enterprise education fitted for our colleges and universities will be set up, and the correlation systems to support graduates to set up their business will be formed.The possible innovations of this paper are placed in: The employment of investigation as a research method which provides a comprehensive and deep analyze on the demands for enterprise education of contemporary undergraduates; the presentation of reasonable strategies to improve enterprise education in colleges and universities through the exploring to the shortcomings of recent implementation of enterprise education in our colleges and universities.
