| The job hunting problem might be one of the major living problems in China, and it is even harder for the university graduates to find a job after their graduation. The pushing forward of the university graduates'enterprise education and practice is required by circumstances. The fact that university graduates have difficulties in finding jobs should be highlighted, and the present situation of university education and objective situation of government and the whole society should be faced up. And all these factors are the basic premise and important foundation to research and discuss the theory, method, policy and means of the university graduates'enterprise education and practice. Some helpful experience of America education system and how the university graduates start their own business can be used here, and in order to put forward the university graduates'enterprise education and practice in China, first we should deepen the university education revolution, and intensify the explore of the university graduates'enterprise education; second the government need to make effective policy and measurement to simulate and help the university graduates to start their own businesses and then become the fresh troop of the economic development; third, the whole society should care about the graduates' enterprise practice and be supportive from different aspects, such as technology, equipment, funds, operating and so on, and so that the businesses started by university graduates can be guided to be regulated and scientific; last, the businesses started by university graduates should be closely related to the reality of social economic development and evolved in the main environment of social economic development, and different forms of companies such as sole proprietor, stock share, joint venture and agent should be encouraged to push forward the social employment and economic development and start the Chinese way of opening undertakings by university graduates. |
