A Survey And Research On Establishing Business Quality Of Graduates Of Colleges And Universities

In the 21st century, with the developing of economics and society, talents with entrepreneurial spirit and capacity are greatly needed. In the situation that employment pressure tends to be more heavier, a new choice occurs that many students start their own businesses after graduation. The independent undertaking caused the university graduates to transform their positions from "job seekers" to " pioneers", then they can not only find their own posts, but also create posts for others, to which extensive approval reaches. But the rate that students independently start an undertaking is quite low, the main cause due to the lack of good entrepreneurial qualitiesThis paper has carried on an investigation and researches of university student's entrepreneurial qualities, finds out the problem in undertaking quality, analyzes the causes, bring out the solution means so as to carry out their target-oriented undertaking education,and foster qualified pioneers. Based on the related literature, this paper defined core concept in quality, entrepreneurial quality and enterprise education and so on.analyzes the existing theory achievement in the fields of undertaking education. Described the practice at home and abroad, elaborated the rationale of University students' innovative undertaking quality and provided the theoretical basis.This paper takes Ningbo University students as main object of study, conducted a survey of them to understand something about the current students in undertaking consciousness, undertaking attitude and initiative capacity.According to the information and the basic situation, summarized some quite prominent issues, targeted on the part of teachers and students were interviewed to reveal the problems which exists in the entrepreneurial quality aspect to provide an effective basis.Finally, through research, this paper analyzed attribution of the remaining issues in the entrepreneurial quality in the community level, school level, family level, student level and then puts forward some practical countermeasures and suggestions. At the social level, through the improvement of policies introduced by the Government, enterprises to increase the degree of recognition to solve. At the school level, through the transformation of the utilitarian understanding of enterprise education, entrepreneurship students to create a campus culture, strengthen the cultivation of the school teachers, providing multiple levels of entrepreneurial activity and conduct psychological training and consulting services to resolve. At the family level, by changing the traditional concept of employment, support their children entrepreneurship to solve. While the students themselves, they need to start the process of the correct treatment of the difficulties and problems, and actively participate in various activities to address business practices.
