The Exploration And Reflection Of Descriptive Reviews In Classroom Teaching

The evaluation of classroom teaching is an important way to lead to the improvement of classroom teaching and the growing-up of teachers in their majors. With the progressive implements of new curriculum reforms in our primary and middle schools, the reform and innovation of evaluation in classroom teaching becomes more and more important.First of all, this thesis analyzes the trend of theories in foreign countries and the current status of classroom teaching evaluation in our primary and middle schools. According to the analysis, the writer makes descriptive reviews in classroom teaching as the researching question. The writer follows to define the descriptive reviews ,and then elaborates the theories, aims and principles of descriptive reviews in classroom teaching. The case analysis of a school is the core of this thesis. It explores and presents the specific operation of descriptive reviews in classroom teaching. In the part of reflection, the writers points out that the changes in teachers' work are remarkable, but slow. Schools have to guarantee the smooth development of the exploration with the help of some rules or regulations to make teachers research in action, enjoy during the research and promote the maturity of their skills in their majors with enjoyment.In the conclusion, the writer's opinion is that the exploration of descriptive reviews in classroom teaching does not negate the present evaluation in classroom teaching which is the relation of basis and development, succession and innovation with descriptive reviews in classroom teaching. Descriptive reviews in classroom teaching is a complicated researching question and we need to study it more comprehensively and deeply.
