As an integral part of classroom teaching activities,classroom teaching evaluation in the process of teaching plays an important role in guiding teaching direction,controlling teaching process,diagnosing teaching problems,providing information about teaching feedback,examining the teaching effect and enhancing communication between teachers and students.As an important type of the assessment of classroom teaching,the instant classroom teaching evaluation has some contextual,multilateral,generative and educational features.It is of great significance for improving teaching activities.Because of the important and widespread use of classroom teaching evaluation,the author wondered that whether people realized the importance of instant classroom teaching,how it is used and its effects on teaching practice at primary school teaching practice.The study selected two public schools in Jining City as the survey subjects.And the main research methods are classroom observation and interviewing.Thirty-two lessons of four classes from three to six grades in two schools were studied in classroom observation objects,and six teachers as well as twelve students were interviewed.The surveys were conducted from the perspective of the subject of evaluation,the type of evaluation object,the content of evaluation,the method of evaluation and the reflection of evaluation.Specifically,in terms of the evaluation subject,there were teachers and students.In terms of the type of evaluation object,there were collective students,some students and individual students.In terms of evaluation content,there were knowledge and skills,processes and methods,emotional attitudes and values,as well as non-directive evaluation.In terms of evaluation methods,there were both verbal evaluation and non-verbal evaluation.There were affirmative,negative and non-directive evaluations in verbal evaluation,and nonverbal evaluation included facial language,hand language as well as body language.These were got from classroom observations,and the reflection of evaluation were got from teachers with interviews.The survey finds that the instant assessment of classroom teaching plays a significantly positive role in practical teaching.There are also some problems.For example,the teacher's attention and awareness to the instant evaluation are perceptual,and the main evaluation subject are teachers.For evaluation object,teachers pay more attention to the individual but neglect group.The content of the evaluation tends to the knowledge and teachers usually use random and unitary method.These problems are caused by factors of teachers,including teacher's utilitarian evaluation purpose,unified authority,static evaluation concept,the weak ability to evaluation language,and the lack of deep understanding about the characteristics of the physical and mentaldevelopment of primary school students,as well as the lack of learning and reflection on the instant classroom teaching evaluation.We should come up with some reasonable suggestions to the problems which come from the front part.They are improving teachers' awareness of instant classroom teaching evaluation,paying more attention to dialogue in the instant classroom teaching evaluation,exercising the teaching wisdom,advancing the art of teachers' teaching language and nonverbal evaluation,strengthening the supervision and guidance of the instant classroom teaching evaluation in school management.
