The research purpose of this paper lies in passing the comb of relevant concepts and explanatory of relevant theories of adult education administrators' professional training, on the basis of reflecting current situation, and explores the construction tactics of adult education administrators' professional training of our country. For the research purpose above, centering on the key question that "constructing the tactics of adult education administrators' professional training of our country" firmly, the paper has done some document research, comparative research, historical research and investigating research. The main viewpoints and research contents of this paper read as follows:Professionalization is necessary for social division of labor and social development. Meanwhile it is an inevitable requirement for the development of any industry. Despite the current adult education administrator vocation is "a profession being established", but professionalization is its development trend. Professional training is a long specialized vocational training. It is not only one of the basic criteria for professionalization of adult education administrators, but also one of the important ways to enhance the profession quality of adult education administrators and achieve their professionalization. There are some theoretical foundations for adult education administrators' professional training research. Among them the more representative are Knowles' andragogy theory, Fessler's teacher developing stage theory, and so on.By choosing a sample, carrying out questionnaire survey and referring to relevant documents, we think the current issues of adult education administrators' professional training are as follows: the existence of the relevant legislation is weak, lack of policy support systems; the professional quality is low, low participation in professional training; low utilization of educational resources, lack of professional training institutes; the teaching staff construction is weak, their professionalization level needs to be raised; traditional teaching model is adhered to and teaching method is single; course construction is lagging behind, the tendency of general education is severe. In view of the existing defects, learning from the experience of adult education administrators' professional training abroad, according to relevant theories, we should take the following measures: strengthening the legal systems and providing effective policy support; renewing ideas and continuously improving professional quality; integrating resources, establishing and perfecting professional training institutions; strengthening the teaching staff construction and improving teachers' professional quality; perfecting training model and realizing the diversity of teaching methods; strengthening curriculum construction, perfecting the system of curriculum.
