A Study On Professionalization Of Science & Technology Research Administrators In Higher Education Institutions

As the strategy of Invigorating the Country through Science and Education being carried out, science and technology in higher education institutions have been playing more and more important roles in the development of economy and society. After the introduction of the thought of "People-orientation" in the Concept of Science Development, people's all-round, healthy, harmonious and sustainable development is becoming seriously concerned day by day, in the field of science and technology in higher education institutions which means not only to emphasize the importance of the development of scientists and technicians, but also the necessity of the professional development of science and technology research administrators that has been a hot topic of the Association of China Science and Technology Research Administration of Higher Education Institutions in recent two or three years. Promoting the level of the professionalization of S&T research administrators has a positive function in improving S&T work in higher education institutions. The reform and development of the society, economy, science and technology and education need the professionalization of S&T research administrators. The historical tide calls for it, too. The dissertation, in which the research methods of survey, comparison, literature review and interview are used, has a logical train of thoughts: putting forward questions, analyzing the questions and solving them.
