This article analyses the educational reality basing on common senior high schools' students and their tutors around the counties of Ganzhou city. We think that senior high schools' students Ideological & Political Education work have some problems such as: absence of education objects, absence of education value, irrelative to the family and social education, singleness education method, bias judgment on the student, absence of the healthily psychology education.The reason mainly has these: the one is circumstance factors, including school and social. The social factors are the constraint of social circumstance and education investment circumstance. The school factors flings into the paradox on examing education and the student' s reality.The other reason is the tutor' s talent, including the tutor cannot fit to cultivate the student during the contemporary reality, the tutor having no Ideological & Political Education idea and absence of multi-methods on Ideological & Political Education.This article tries to promote three measures to prevent the Ideological & Political Education scarcity basing on the Ganzhou municipal facts and the existing problems.(1).The administrating department should reform the school system to avoid the tutor becomes a physical tool.(2).The school should establish and refine the tutor governing system such as help and education system, competition governing system, inspiring system, philosophy balance system.(3)The tutor should emphasis on the theoretical study, culture the reforming spirit and enhances the complex talent, Including strengthening theoretical study, enhancing science talent, improving the conforming ability of educational resource and coming into being the resultant force of Ideological & Political Education, advancing the student's accepting and self-discipline ability, cultivating the student's independence. Enriching the content of Ideological & Political Education on the base of combing with indigenous culture, mainly including developing the soviet spirit, strengthening the ideal education and the study of Hakka culture, exerting the Hakka sprit and increasing the national unity.. Innovating the Ideological & Political Education method and increasing the Ideological & Political Education validity and so on.
