| Based on the Post-Doctor Station of the colleges and scientific research institutes, enterprise postdoctoral working station is a new mode of training higher grade talented persons, which in order to solve the untight combination of the enterprise, colleges and research institutes, and promote technological and economical close combination. But, owing to the cognitive deviation of its functional orientation, that appear the empty-nested phenomenon in actual orientation. This paper in virtue of the Bourdieu'filed theory, respectively discussed the functions of the enterprise postdoctoral working station in economical filed and scientific filed. Against the characteristic of enterprise postdoctoral working station in economical filed, more discussions, which how to promote the combination of the economical filed and scientific filed, are made in the estimation and management of enterprise postdoctoral working station, and make its functions effectively exert. Based on the analysis and discussions, this paper explains the reasons of the empty-nested phenomenon from three aspects of post-doctor, enterprise, colleges and scientific research institutes, enterprise focus on the economy efficiency, colleges and research institutes focus on the achievements evaluation, post-doctor focus on the self-benefits, when their objectives can not to be united, the empty-nested phenomenon is occurred. And the essential of the empty-nested phenomenon is there are no delimitations between science and techniques long-period in our country, which induce the function confusions of economical filed and scientific filed. One-sided emphases of one function and ignore another function, which come into being obstacles between demand and supply virtually. Joint economical filed and scientific filed to consider the enterprise postdoctoral working station's functional orientation should make enterprise postdoctoral working station healthily develop.
