Research on Chinese teacher practicality learning cultivate is under the field of vision of specialization of teacher and study about Chinese teacher instruction as while matters of teacher developing. The precondition theory of this research is to admire the job which Chinese teacher undertaking is practical. Such learning activity is a kind of wisdom export, is a display of kinds of theoretic knowledge and practical knowledge absorbed by Chinese teachers. Chinese teacher create in working , accumulate in practice, abstract in teaching time so as to solidify the knowledge gained through practice and as while make knowledge theoretic and in due form, to be the organ of teacher learning cultivate in the end.Practical learning of Chinese teacher is absorbed in the teacher's minds, always wield and is an effective curriculum resources in teaching practice. It believed that practical learning of Chinese teacher is superstructure based on their own knowledge, and also it exerts flexible in their practical teaching. It is a dynamic process, is the process of teacher developing. It prolongs the past, the present and the future of teaching life, is the most important in teacher development. So I think it is necessary to pay more attention and research practical leaning cultivate of Chinese teacher.This paper is based on the practical learning of Chinese teacher correlate research theory, and adopts quantity research method,Choose Mrs. W as a research subject; go deep into her teaching life and daily life. With observe-on-scene, listening lectures and visiting research method, describe the teaching story of Mrs.W. with the aim of making practical learning of Chinese teacher research on"the matter itself". These description include in detail her work, living environment, teaching life and the image of students and colleague toward Mrs. W. This paper tries to analyses the practical learning that she already has through the description of Mrs.'s story. In the end analyze factors which influence practical learning that cultivate from inside and outside aspects.This paper has no aim on construct grand education theory. Only hope by descriping story of teaching life of W .Mrs and analyzing on her practical learing cultivate. This paper just offers a little revelation to those laborious teachers and those people who devote for Chinese teaching.
